What is EventsAlbum?

EventsAlbum is an online album where your guests can easily share all their photos from your event.

You setup the event on our site which creates a QR code to your album.

Your guests then scan the QR code and they can easily upload all the photos they've taken, no need for them to create an account or download a specific app.

If you choose to, you can display all the photos on a rolling live gallery as they're uploaded at the event, allowing your guests to interact with the process. There is an option to approve photos before they're displayed if you think there's a chance someone might upload something inappropriate.

After the event you can download the full high resolution photos your guests uploaded. We don't resize the images or reduce the quality at all, so they should be print quality if taken on a modern smartphone.

High School Reunion Album

We used Events Album for a high school reunion so that we could collect all the photos from the event for classmates into an album. Super easy to sign up, upload/download photos, and get the entire album. Individuals were able to download individual pictures as desired. Loved that no information was required from people to participate! 10/10 would recommend.

My BIG birthday Bash - photos on EventsAlbum

There was an opportunity to test out the product, which I did and found it did what I wanted it to. The actual event album was easy to set up in advance of my event, and meant I had the QR code ready so I could provide a copy of it for guests. As the event album went ‘live’ before the event began I was able to test it again and ensure it worked before Guests arrived. Guests were able to use the album link on the night whilst still at the event and those that did seemed pleased to be able to see their efforts straight away. Since then Guests have been uploading photos in their own time. EventsAlbum do explain that video clips cannot be uploaded and the reasons why, so I was able to manage Guests expectations. Overall I was very pleased with the process, and the cost was not prohibitive. I also like the fact that we have a whole year to upload, view & download any photos from the event that we wish to. Guests were very impressed with the set-up and I expect some will use EventsAlbum in the future.

Website worked exactly as advertised. DJ booth had a big screen TV that we played the photo slideshow for as guests uploaded pictures.

Fabulous service, you can't go wrong!

Ever since I found this site after doing a Google search for my daughter's graduation two weeks ago, I've been promoting it to all of her guests and the reasons why. We were touched by the owners' story of how it came to be, and very impressed by how super easy it is to use. We love all the features, and the choices we have in the settings based on our need. The price is great, please don't go extravagant in the pricing like the bigger companies tend to in their pricing. You designed this for the right clientele.
